I purchased this software June 9, 2010 and just installed it July 8, 2010. I was waiting until my subscription to Windows Live One Care Security was complete, due to non-compatible with Win 7. Software package and service was excellent. All potential buyers for this item should purchase it through Amazon and this retailer. So far I am enjoying the best Windows program ever and continue to explore and learn all the included new features. For all my tech purchases amazon is first choice.

I recieved my Windows 7,but when installed it had some issues with the product key that it would not except.So, I called Microsoft and over the phone I was able to resolve the problem.Microsoft was very helpful,and so they issued me another product key and so everything is working fine now.I was getting a "0xc004c003" error during the installation.
br /CAUSE : Few Windows Activation files were corrupted.
br /RESOLUTION :Modified the activation files from the elevated command prompt. After that we generated a new product key and used the Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool (MSDT) to reset the activation files which helped us to successfully activated Windows 7 Ultimate Edition online. We also successfully validated Windows 7 Ultimate Edition online. If you have similar issues you can reply to this email or you can also give us a call on 1-800-936-5700 for further assistance!Great job from Microsoft!

Although I bought it too much cheaper than other websites here, but I think it is too expensive to upgrade XP to windows 7 ultimate.It's more far better than Vista! so if you have Windows Vista and are exhausted and have extra money to pay for Windows 7, It might be a good choice.

The delivery was quick! Promise 5-day, I got it in two.
br /Upgared from Xp Pro, seamlessly. It fount all necessary drivers and updated on its own. You have a choice of 32 or 64 bit versions. I installed the 64 bit and it was fast. The only con is that you would have to reinstall all previous programs manually!
