i loved the first game... but this one is amazing!

the gameplay is way easier.... and it's really fun to kill stuff! and this time you don't just have to kill humans.... it's a little harder than that. my favorite monster is this 20 foot giant that can only be killed if his head is cut off.... or if it's blown to peices:P and i love that you have three different special abilities... like...for instence.... you get this power that sends Rayne into blood rage mode! and you get two upgrades for that: blood fury, and blood storm! now if that doesn't seem awesome to you... your nuts! there is also an unlimited number of combos, and the coolest part....you can stop time :D

the story is slightly different from the first one... but it's still a really good story!

the replay value is great! i played the whole game like 20 times, and i never had any problems.

the music is kinda cool.... but they did better in the first game.

the graphics are awesome! way better then the first one... and it runs really smooth on my system: 64bit windows vista home premium, intel dual core centrino processor, 4GB RAM, and Nvidia GeForce' 9300m GS, 512MB. even with everything set to the max!

if you liked the first one... you will love this one!.... but if you didn't like the first one... you might like this one.

get it either way.... it's GREAT!!! you'll like it... gauranteed ^.^

A great game to play (Not one I would shell out 40+ bucks on but now that the price has dropped it is well worth it.)

While I enjoyed the weapons system of the first game I did find the 'Dragon Pistols' to be a nice twist and very well balanced in later levels. (I wish the heavier versions would hold more ammo but that's a universal gripe in most games.)

the Chains we're far more useful in this game then the original (I kept forgetting to use them to solve puzzle's.) and the combo's we're a lot nicer.

the storyline was more in depth then the first one but had an... unfinished feeling about it in the end (Probably because the story didn't end there but that's just my guess.)
